Her father, a dedicated Siddha practitioner, believed in healing that worked with the body, not against it. Her mother nurtured the land with the same philosophy, cultivating indigenous crops with patience, care, and respect for nature’s rhythm.

Yet like many journeys, hers led her away before it brought her back.

An engineering degree, a corporate career, and life across cities introduced her to a faster, more modern world. But somewhere along the way, convenience replaced consciousness. Processed living slowly took over, and her health began to reflect that shift.

It was only when life paused — during a time when the world itself slowed down — that she found her way back home.

What began as a temporary return soon became a turning point.

Amidst fields, soil, and silence, she rediscovered something deeper than routine — a forgotten connection. Guided by her mother and inspired by her father’s preserved knowledge, she began to understand that true wellness is not built overnight.
